Where is the home studio?
Brad's private home studio is in Palm Springs, California 92262. For privacy, the exact address is provided when your appointment is confirmed. Free parking is available.
How do I book?
Texting Brad is the fastest option. You may also call or use the appointment-request form to prepare a complete text message.
Are same-day appointments available?
They may be, depending on Brad's schedule. Contact him as early as possible for the best chance of securing your preferred time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash is preferred. Zelle is also accepted.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment result in a rebooking fee equal to 50% of the previous appointment fee.
What if I am running late?
Brad can typically accommodate up to 15 minutes because appointments are usually scheduled 30 minutes apart. Contact Brad as soon as possible—if no one is booked after you, he may have more flexibility.
How does a couples appointment work?
Treatments are provided back to back in the same private room, not simultaneously. Each guest chooses his treatment and duration. The total is the selected treatment price multiplied by two.
Is an outdoor massage always available?
Outdoor appointments depend on comfortable weather and suitable conditions. Contact Brad if the forecast is uncertain.
